For all you Seattleites (and of course those visiting our currently blustery city) please welcome a new clothing line Lu, designed and manufactured in Seattle. Very exciting. I have been anticipating this for months and following Lu closely. With a focus on throw-on-and-go pieces, easy to wash and wear I was hooked. I am always trying to gather pieces that make it easier to get dresses AND look put together. This is not east. Lu has simple, clean silhouettes, thoughtful design, fabrics, and construction. No I am not getting paid to write this... I am just that excited.
Here is the video all about Lu:
Below are some pictures of what you'll get to see and try on at the trunk show, and before you see them and think 'that won't look good on me' or anything else to that effect I challenge you to come and try them on its all about quality design and construction that make a garment successful, and Lu has done it. You don't have to look like the model to look great in these clothes.
I have also included my picks for some easy accessories to pair with the clothes.
Clothes by Lu. Accessories picked by me, sold at Asos and Madewell
