Jennifer Sarkilahti is an artist in New York City who designs and crafts her distinctive collection, Odette New York, out of her Brooklyn studio. Virginia-bred, Sarkilahti studied fine arts for many years, receiving her Master of Fine Arts in Painting from George Mason University. Fusing fine art sensibilities with fashion, Sarkilahti started her line, Odette New York in 2006.
Since launching in 2006, Odette New York has been featured in magazines like Lucky and Jane and sold at distinctive boutiques across the globe, including Fred Segal in Los Angeles, Okura in Tokyo, Cog and Pearl in Brooklyn, Rare Device in San Francisco, and Franck et Fils in Paris."
